"I really appreciate that the folks at Fireplace Remotes gave me good advice and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Their tech folk talked me through testing the old remote and trying to reset it, change batteries, re-""learn"" the receiver, etc. Only when all that failed did they suggest I buy a new remote - and then only the remote itself, not the more expensive remote-receiver package. That's real customer service! I definitely recommend them, and will use them next time I need anything Skytech or fireplace related!"
